Membership and Benefits
The one-time membership fee is $25.00 per adult and $10.00 per child under the age of 18. Membership may be transferred from societies in other areas for a fee of $10.00. To join Stanislaus Memorial Society, Inc. please print this form and fill it out completely and mail with your check to the address shown.
