The following services are provided:

Basic Cremation — $1,175
Basic Burial — $1,095

DIRECT CREMATION:
Includes:

• Transportation of the body to the crematorium
  (an extra charge is made for pickup outside the designated local area)
• Obtaining and filing the death certificate and any permits required by local regulations
• Publishing the death notice
• Cremation
• And a container (not an urn) for the ashes
• Use of Chapel

This plan does not include scattering or inurnment of the ashes. Preparing or publishing an obituary (which is considered as advertising by most newspapers), or memorial cards. You may select these options, or others, but there will be an additional charge for each one.

IMMEDIATE BURIAL
Includes:

• Transportation of the body to the funeral home
  (an extra charge is made for pickup outside the designated local area)
• Obtaining and filing the death certificate and any permits required by local regulations
• Publishing the death notice
• A simple cloth covered casket
• And transportation of the remains to the gravesite.
• Use of Chapel

This plan does not include use of vehicles to transport relatives to the cemetery, graveside rites, the cost of the gravesite, opening & closing the grave, burial vaults or grave liners, a monument or marker, publishing an obituary, or memorial cards. Embalming is not required for direct burial.
