We have an agreement with a local mortuary for a set fee covering:
Immediate Burial. Provides the same service list for cremation (except cremation) and includes the burial container. Cemetery costs will be extra.
We help members plan ahead for their final arrangements.
We provide information about local cemetery prices, mortuary costs, and—for those who are interested—how to care for your own dead.
We recommend that you discuss your plans and wishes with those close to you—family, friends, and spiritual advisors. Consider their ideas and let them know yours.
No one is denied membership because of inability to pay a membership fee.
Direct Cremation. This includes cremation and the cremation container, professional services, facilities and motor equipment, removal of the body from the place of death in Humboldt County, consultation and arrangement of final disposition, obtaining the medical certificate, burial permit and certified copies of the death certificate, filing claims and reports to government agencies.
We assist members in avoiding unnecessary funeral expenses.
