One ~ Direct Cremation: |

Includes picking up
the deceased at the place of death and transfer to the funeral home;
sheltering of the deceased while authorizations are obtained, including
family, physician, medical examiner and county health department;
transportation to the crematory in suitable cardboard container;
and return of the cremated remains to the funeral home in a temporary
container.

Two ~ Immediate Burial: |
|
With minimum casket
includes picking up the deceased at the place of death and transfer
to the funeral home; sheltering the deceased while authorizations
are obtained; transportation to a local cemetery in a plain casket
(This does not include embalming or cemetery charges, and is for
burial in West Yavapai cemeteries only.)

as immediate burial with the following added: a fiberboard cloth
covered casket, embalming, dressing of deceased, visitation, funeral
