How to join in 3 easy steps...

1. Mail the “Application Form” to the Membership Secretary at P O Box 4252, Modesto, CA 95352.

2. Receive from the Membership Secretary our INSTRUCTION SHEET.  Fill this out (keep copy) and return to the Membership Secretary with your one-time non-refundable fee of $25 per adult and $10 per child under 18.  Make check payable to FCA of S/MC.

3. Having received your completed INSTRUCTION SHEET and check, the Membership Secretary will send you a membership card and some additional literature.  Note:  Your membership does not begin until your INSTRUCTION SHEET and check have been received by our organization.
