holding my mothers remains for "ransom"
My mother was killed 8 weeks ago, The funeral home that had her cremated is now holding her remains, I have offered to make payments so i can get my mom, but they have refused, I have a contract from the funeral home but the date that payment has to paid in full is not dated, they are demanding full payment and refuse monthly payments. I can't afford $1500.00 at one time so i asked if i could pay monthly and they are refusing to let me have my mom. what can i do about this? I am so depressed and feel like i've let my momma down...
