Currently having trouble with a prepaid

Currently having trouble with a prepaid Funeral for my Mom. She had made this arrangement after the death of my step father and didn't wont us to go through the same mess. she had paid it off according to her for she was proud of the fact. but when she died she had move her papers and we fail to find them. she had a plot paid for at Grove Hill in Dallas so we assumed that's were she purchased the plan, although they did not denigh they would not help us without the policy number, please let me know how I might attain information about insurance polices with out the number. Thank you for your info above it help me some.
