California Master Trust

The most important fact, is that the trust and its trustees are NOT, again, NOT to be trusted. For the consumers who have paid hundreds of dollars into plans through the above listed funeral establishments, that money is virtually impossible for them to recoup. I just got off the phone with a disabled, elderly woman on public assistance living in Section 8 housing who is out $650, and is probably never going to see that money again. This represents a very large amount to her. We'll see if we can get this "solvent" "trust" to pay her what is owed to her. We'll see.
